Accessibility
Everyone deserves to find a home. We want every renter — including renters using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology — to be able to browse floor plans, see real prices, and book a tour on this site.
If something here doesn't work for you
Call or email us and we will do it with you — book the tour, quote the price, send the floor plan, take the application. You do not need to explain why, and nothing on this site is something you can only get through this site.

Please tell us what was hard to use, too. We would rather hear it than not, and we will fix what we can.
What we're doing
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is the standard we work to, not a certification we hold. Specifically:
- Dialogs and photo viewers keep keyboard focus inside them, close with Escape, and have a labelled close button.
- Pages use headings, landmarks, and labelled regions so screen readers can navigate by structure.
- Images, floor plans, and community photos carry text descriptions.
- The site respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
- Every plan's bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and price are available as plain text, not only inside a visual tool.
What we haven't done
We have not completed a formal accessibility audit of this site, and we have not tested it end to end with screen readers or other assistive technology. We are not claiming this site is free of barriers. We know of some already:
- Some text sits over photographs, where it can be hard to read.
- The interactive 3D floor-plan walkthroughs are visual by nature. The same information is available as text and by phone.
