Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a tour or ask a question, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone number, and preferences like the homes you are interested in and your move-in timing.
- How you use this site. We use our own site analytics and third-party tools — Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and a call-tracking service — to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, homes and floor plans looked at, features used, and the city and state your internet connection appears to be in. Those tools may set cookies or similar identifiers under their own privacy policies.
- Maps. The neighborhood page embeds a Google map; when it loads, Google receives standard request data (like your IP address) under Google's own privacy policy.
- Phone calls. Calls to numbers on this site may be routed through a call-tracking service and logged (and may be recorded where permitted, with notice) so we can respond and improve.
- In your browser. The "Your Visit" feature remembers homes you've looked at, stored in your own browser (local storage). You can remove items individually on the site or clear it entirely in your browser settings.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule tours, and manage the leasing process (your inquiry is entered into our property-management system).
- To keep availability and pricing on this site accurate and to improve how the site works.
- We never use location, or any other analytics data, to decide which homes, prices, or content you are shown, or to include or exclude anyone.
What we share — and don't
We share information with service providers that help us operate: property-management software, website hosting, analytics, call tracking, and communications tools. Advertising and analytics platforms we use, such as Google, may also receive standard usage data under their own policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and rights
To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email whiteoaksmanager@ctrealtytrust.com, call the leasing office at (203) 403-6207, or write to the address above. We will respond promptly and tell you if there is a request we cannot fulfil. Connecticut residents may have additional rights under state law. You can clear the site's stored data anytime via your browser.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and leasing records as long as needed for the purposes above and as law requires, in access-controlled systems. No internet transmission is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
